The way it’s uploaded is confusing, since it’s not all one manga, but the most recent sequel (Hidamari ga Kikoeru: Shunkashuutou) is ongoing.
This is the order (as of now):
1. Hidamari ga Kikoeru - 1 vol
2. Hidamari ga Kikoeru: Koufukuron - 1 vol
3. Hidamari ga Kikoeru: Limit - 3 vol
4. Hidamari ga Kikoeru: Shunkashuutou - Ongoing
