- MC & ML got teleport into the ML's past
- ML has been stuck in the past for a while due to a major incident in the past that causing the white hair dude to hate the ML
- ML & white hair dude can be consider as a friend due to family relationship
- reason why ML & white hair dude fond of MC is due to his face resembling someone they care for in the past. But the man died due to illness. However, white hair dude cant accept it & blame it on ML
- white hair dude never see MC as himself, but reflecting the died dude on the MC. So all the kindness & lovely things he did actually not for the MC sake. But for the died man.
And yes they did go back to the current timeline later.
