I mean, she’s pretty obviously in love with him. They’re both just idiots, from what little I’ve seen/read lol
I get that and it can be cute sometimes but when you take a step back a realize just how much the ML has sacrificed and done for her yet is being ridiculed because HE'S not talking to HER is just kinda strange. It just seems like they're moving at HER pace and not together which makes it seem like she's not taking his feelings into consideration.

He ignored her after she confessed IMO because his feelings weren't being considered until that point. Honestly it felt like they were just doing what she wanted with no regard to how he may have felt. Especially when it showed in the flashbacks all the things he was doing for her without her noticing for all that time.

Like I get it they agreed for it to be casual but obviously he's getting the shorter end of the stick and it doesn't seem like she's taking his feelings into account at all.
