I’m confused about why Cesare will cheat on Ari like everyone is saying unless the siste...

There was a spoiler I read waaay back about how in the novel, Cesare continued to pursue her and I think at one point they became official, then fast forward some years pass and Alfonso comes back, there is the huge misunderstanding between him and Ariadne and ofc it eventually cleared up, so they sort of got back together or something and that hurt Cesare and he decided to cheat with Isabella...it went somewhere along that route but I can't recall all the details. It's a shame really because in the current TL, I do prefer Cesare tbh. I find Alfonso to be immature and more like a boy. I guess it's also because Ari was traumatised with the past.

So ari cheats with alfnso first?

With the latest cp she already is. Tbh she loved Cesare in their prev life and stayed with him till the end when he cast her aside and betrayed her. Ari is conflicted bc of her past and what's happening now with Cesare but obv. she gave in there but you can still tell that Alfonso weighs heavy in her heart and mind. I believe Cesare continued to pursue her in the novel until Ari resolved to reject him in the end, and at some point someone mentioned that because of being hurt by Ari, Cesare cheated, and this reaffirmed Ari's resolve.
