I can't really remember specific details but...The MC goes to the ex-boyfriends house and the ex's friend says that they are dating. The ex's friend punches the MC in the stomach and has to go the hospital due to an ulcer. The Ex comes in and tells him is was all a lie. They make up and get back together.
