i think it’s more about them wanting to hide their faces rather than appearing less good looking but i get what you mean. good looking people can’t really hide their faces since anything would make them look incredible
No offense, but glasses and a cap doesn't make a good looking person any less good looking, and masks sometimes even make a person appear more good looking (obstructing half the face, and makes the brain assume or imagine what the lower half looks likes)
