Im disappointed... Utterly disappointed. She choose her man over her daughter... Can't call our mc dumb tho because even I had hopes but welp
I’m a deeply rusting person so when she came to the castle, I was like oh no this is the other shoe that’s gonna drop and I was right. I literally had a bet with somebody on TikTok about this. I just feel really bad for our MC because girl did not deserve that. And I can’t blame her for wanting to have some hope in her mother.
That's just the thing though, this woman claiming to ber mom is NOT a loved one. There would be nothing to regret, if you objectively reframe a situation for what it is: a birth parent who left for you for dead (or a grifter who beat a DNA test) sought you out to use you.
She's still her mother, yes she made a wrong choice but she came back. She came back to mend her mistake and she only wants to at the very least spend her last moment with her daughter. As for the mc she is torn apart in between the two but the thought of her not being able to be with her mother's last moment weights more. Because it is the kind of thing that a person will always regret for the rest of their life, not being able to be with your love ones final moments. I just wish this isn't some kind of enemies scheme
