She ruins the whole story in my opinion. He had a goal of saving the kids and was making progress but she came in with all if her "LET'S MAKE A BABY" bull and having to make a country. She's clearly just yearning for the power she lost when her country was defeated. I just don't really read past when she shows up whenever I re read this.
