The sex isn't described in the novel from what I recall, but it is implied (I think). And there is kissing at the end of the duke arc.

for anyone wondering when exactly jiuhuo does kiss in the novel, they kiss around the end of chapter 92. we're not exactly there yet in the manhua, it'll be awhile since the artist has said that it's getting a bit harder to draw out the scenes so updates are irregular as of right now (´∩｡• ᵕ •｡∩`) I'm also hoping that there won't be any censorship. qqgk is such a good danmei and well worth the read so im hoping that the manhua does its best to cover everything like they have been doing so far!
