Not the same mangaka. Different people with different Kanji, but pronounced the same way.
Kamo 鹿モ is this guy, and Kamo who did Kuroi Inu is spelled like this: カモ

Pretty art, maybe the story would be less boring to me if I read it few hundred bl manga ago, but it's really just operating on pure yaoi logic, with nothing special in terms of characters, emotion, plotpoints or atmosphere. But art is quite pretty, so I guess if you don't feel like you've seen too much of the same stuff maybe you'd enjoy it. I came here from "Kuroi Inu" by the same mangaka (?) and that one was more interesting even tho the art is more simple compered to this.
