Looks like Seoho is suffering, apparently he got preg, but he’s complaining that his belly hurts very bad. My guess is: maybe it’s the case that the corrosive/mutant baby needs to be feed with human flesh besides milk and is trying to eat Seoho’s insides like a parasitic insect that kill their mother by eating her to survive and develop.
