He isn’t even a second lead unless the author confirmed a love triangle/something. He’s just a guy that possibly likes him, he’s at a 0% chance of anything with mc, so no 2nd ML.
I think of 2nd ML if confirmed by author or if they have a good chance.

Wait maybe I forgot but how close is he to mc? Is it friendship or more work professional? I remembered the latter with some friendliness and were classmates I believe (?). But the dynamic with ml and the closeness with ml is way too deep for Secretary to come between.

Well I probably think that’s from a professional standpoint of trust but not that close enough. It’s normal in Asian culture for coworkers to drink together, otherwise it can be seen as disrespectful. If in drunk scenario, just sounds like a chance for Secretary to possibly take advantage of or sexually assault, but I’m hoping it doesn’t come to that and they could just be good friends. I highly doubt he would take advantage though, he seems sweet and friendly. Hopefully author will bring in another partner for him. It’s just too obvious the other guy is male lead, author isn’t shying.

If he had bad intentions, I think we would've seen them considering how at multiple points we've gotten his pov. Especially with his dad being a D1 hater, asking him to esentially be a spy, him choosing to stay loyal to MC backs his overall sweet, kind demeanor.
