Just saw news of that online now..
It also says, in Volume 11 Author's Note is a photo that features her as a final tribute.
I just read this on reddit:
"Umaru was abruptly finished because the author's sister, who was Umaru's irl model, died from a disease. The author just couldn't continue, so he wrapped it up."
Can someone who speaks Japanese confirm because I couldn't find any news website to check whether this is true or not?
