Again this is my guess and I actually have no idea but I put spoiler warning in case because some people might not have read chapter 13 and I spoil a little of the ending of that chapter so
I had a feeling this was the case
The cafe owner is also an immortal and is the cause for FMC’s misfortunes. She’s super similar to Adrian and it feels confirmed especially in this last chapter 13 where she coincidentally showed up at the mansion? Maybe it’s some twisted possession over her or doing it to spite Adrian? But yeah feels like she’s the main villain here.
