I think its more like some author can't add that because let's face it they are always in an endless time constraint and rushed schedules that they have to reduce some details in some way or another (that includes pubes since bed scenes are bulk of bl manwhas like this one). I can't prove it but it's just my hunch

Your welcome and I agree with you! Pubes are a great addition and kinda makes the smut hotter if done right! They are a pleasant surprise when author do manage to add them in their works
I live how they have Pubes because lets be honest, Pubes are normal parts of our body and it’s refreshing to see one in a manhwa. All I see these past few days were without hair and shiny and smooth like a baby.
But that aside, I enjoyed how toxic they were BUT I know this is fiction and its not okay in reality. I‘m just saying.
