What I care about is the abrupt merge shu and rito cus wtf was that
Sure in essence they’re the same person, just different timeline/universe BUT !!!! Regardless of the similarities they have it’s still clear to see that they’re different! A person is not made up only by soul but also the memories and experiences accumulated while they are living.
I’m so mad when rito starts having feelings for jadeitte suddenly, and then mad again when shu abruptly took charge of rito’s body after saying they merged, rito allowed him to stay which allowed them merging but you can clearly see that “shu” is the one dominating the body.
I just wish there’s a better explanation or solution for this. I think both shu and rito is a pretty good character but for them to be essentially purged like this is so pitiful. Could’ve been explored further.
