Nope!! The ML made a contract with the divine sword and he broke the contract by caring more about the FL than the country, so the sword took his soul from his body and was keeping it in itself . The FL basically went inside the sword cause the sword wanted to choose her and saw his soul in there. It was trying to make her make the same contract, which she refused so with this other country attacking with dark magic??, which is a negative for the holy sword, she was showing the sword that it could die if it didn’t make a contract with her and bring the ML’s soul back.
Sorry for this being long. I wanted to explain the details as best as I could. I might not have everything but this is the summary of the recent chapters..
