Hi there, I only skimmed through this once again, so I'm sharing what I think here.
The woman in the flashback, I believe, was his mother. (I hope it wasn't a freudian-slip or smth.) We need to know one thing here:
-> Peaches: So, according to Google, Peaches represent 'immortality and longevity' in East-Asian traditions. In the west, it represents 'virtue and the inner soul'; often referred to as the fruit of Salvation, achievement of dreams etc.
It may be that ml's 'issues' (cannibalism and by extension, his search for rough, shallow sex and emotional detachment/apathy) arose from, pardon my language, his 'mommy issues'. Maybe, it's her death, maybe something else. Maybe, his mother is the reason behind his effed up view on love. ("In this heat, the fruits go bad faster, but I like them that way".)
Flashback= coming to terms with it.
[Did the Uke die?]
I think both of them died. They drowned themselves in the sea/lake wtv. Because, ml can't live w/o mc; mc isn't really in the condition to live. It's kinda like settling in a relationship (to me, this is what the ending's about). The toxic parts of them died.
[The car crash]
Idrk, I only have a theory: The car crash may symbolize a pivotal moment. Where they both realise the actual situation of their relationship. The last time, when ml sees mc as a peach, he realises that he is his 'salvation', the 'dream achieved'.
And lastly, the messiness where cannibalism and rough sex coincide and merge is part of the poetry.
Thankyou so much. About the dad in his eyes though. You maybe right. But I think seme fell first and harder so mid kiss he realised, it didn't matter that it was him in particular having sex with uke unlike with the seme being unable to enjoy one night stands any longer. To uke anyone would do if they could stop him from overthinking and make him forget the past.
Also I asked about the woman because unlike uke's dad, she did not seem to be violent or anything. It was just a normal summer afternoon. It's obvious that seme's issues root from there. But your explanation being her death makes alot of sense.

I like how cannibalism, lack of limbs and spilled guts are used as a metaphor for love. Going in a layer deep, a few things I liked:
1. How the blond's first encounter with cannibalism was with his father, symbolising rape. The feelings of fear/disgust/hatred elicited a bad experience. This experience invoked a guilt he'd carry all his life.
2. Now, this guilt had made it clear: He'd have to be eaten (destructive 'love'/ get hurt) to be needed (the closest he thinks he's deserving of love).
3. Now, this story starts with our dark-haired boy and my blond baby. None of them had any intentions to be loved. A symbiotic relationship was born with no other intention than exploitation (one needed physical food, the other needed to be desired physically)- A dysphemism for a sex-only relationship. Ya, sex and the previous one night-stands are the spilled guts (quick, barely savoured). But, with the blond, the situation is a bit different, a whole lot foreign.
Then, as the story proceeds you know what happens yada yada.
