Honestly I am als kind of happy it’s over because the characters really aren’t likeable. I just stayed because I thought it would get better.
Have you tried unromantic? I really liked that one. Similar concept but different. And the alpha is so cute.

I get what you mean. The characters don’t connect with me. It’s like I’m lost how to interpret what they think and I’m having difficulty on how to view their actions. I dont know the exact words but maybe what I’m feeling is, the lack of character build up?
It feels all over the place (ml and mc’s personality). It’s chaos. Maybe I’m not used with the personality. It’s the reason why I find it hard to think their actions are sincere. Sorry about that.
Maybe it also has something to do with the pacing. It feels abrupt, and it fails to show the character’s emotion. Not hating on this tho. It’s a good thing there’s adorable baby here haha.

And I stayed until 16 ch just hopping for some natural change, that is not forced 'because the plot needs to happen', but saw no sign of it. Good to know I'm not the only one :)
Exactly my thoughts. I'm a character driven reader, so I can forgive some plot holes, but I need to like some of the characters. If I can't connect, I can't go thru. And that exactly what happened here for me. But that's okay, not everything has to be for everyone :)
I guess it's not for me. I tried cuz I saw what's going on now, and was interested, but until 16 chapter I still don't like any character, so I'm out. Probably unpopular opinion - MC is the most annoying with how always aggressive and irresponsible he is by the age of 30, not my vibes ;( I would love some recommendations, chillout ones
