nah i think since nanami died rokuto finds another host that he can shape into to live? idk i dont remember much but i think in chapter 4 the parasite said something about looking into the host memories then taking shape of someone they cherish??
I’m pretty sure both die but rokuto’s corpse “disappears” because he’s a parasite. Then they’re both reincarnated as humans
so that would mean the children at the end are just random ones, which is possible
but they look a lot like the MCs so it’s confusing
