May I boldly ask those of you who read through all those additional chapters:
Does the ML redeem himself properly? Does he actually atone for his sins, does he actually cut off the others that enabled the bullying of ML (including his manipulative childhood sweetheart), or at least put them in their places, proudly defending the MC in front of them rather than acting all goody-two shoes until grass would grow over everything? Because I checked out ch. 230 where they apparently became all sweet again but I don't wanna commit to 200 chapters if I'd just end up fuming in rage over ML not learning his lesson and MC returning to being a push-over... Would you say the story is worth committing to?
People are leaving shit out. ML doesn't need as much forgiveness as everyone thinks he does. I see this happen with people reading these things a lot. They blame people for the false beliefs of the MC or others. Why should he have to redeem himself for the MC assumptions and fear to actually push for answers and stand up for himself? Yes, ML should have done something when his friends acted the way they did, but the main hurt that MC has and is punishing ML for is entirely MCs own fault. He assumed and never asked. At the current place in the later chapters, he knows the truth and is still punishing ML for something that he didn't even do.

Saw from another site that there are more chapters updates:
