How Daniela come back to life I’m confused

Getting shot in the shoulder doesn't kill you(depends on ur health crisis irl) but she was never shot anywhere that would cause her to die she fell in the water so it wouldnt seem suspicious and I'm guessing she probably just swam right out.pluss it was all planned out anyways it just needed to look believable.

I thought they recovered the body cause the coroner was talking to the leader but I guess not
