i think they’d need evidence of the CSA to press those charges and i don’t think there IS evidence, not sure if just a testimony from Yoshiomi would work (maybe if they got the other cult members to confess to it?). heavily agree that it was treated lightly as hell lmao
i hate how the topic of sexual assault is treated in bl manga. mangakas seem to never take time to acknowledge the lasting trauma that it comes with. also coupled with how they didn’t mention child abuse, , and sex trafficking of a minor in satoe’s charges… csa is not a throwaway shock plot point
