I read this webtoon not so long ago, its already completed but cannot remember the name. The male lead is faking that he cannot walk around FL but FL know he can walk and pretending. I think male lead is higher position than her. Maybe a count or sth. He is first born but because he is faking disability, he cannot take over the heir position. And FL is helping him.
