That's not on the same level at all. Lying intentionally is way worse than being unaware.
tbf the indecisive fool doesn't know about the name under his behind. right now he's caught in the dilemma of accept the manipulative liar and getting his heart broken if the name partner shows up—which again, he isn't aware that it's him
