I’m not really sure what’s so confusing about this chapter. But in summary what we know is Pyengonwa’s eye sight has weakened due to the repeated head injuries. Incheol is depressed after getting graped. He also dug around to get to know more about who owned the gym before and realizes that he indirectly killed Pyeonghwas mom by getting the seal for the congresswomen in the past. We don’t know exactly how, but congresswomen probably used it to sign something fraudulently for the redevelopment project and that resulted in the family losing the gym and being unable to afford her medical treatment (idrk). Incheol also realizes that the congresswomen and his sunbae already knew about who pyengohwas is (child of the mom who they indirectly killed) and they still sent him (I guess to finish the job he started and to have someone to blame if it doesn’t go well). So he’s slowly understanding how much of a leash he’s really on.
