I forgot the name but it was where a guyy whose hair was very sensitive and he got aroused whenever someone touched it so he didn't cut it off for years and now when he's grown up, he came across a low key barber shop and a gray-haired guy cut his hair and kinda noticed how the guy was sensitive and got aroused something like that.
