From my understanding Fuji(uke) was buried alive by a youth, Tanguchi, his Uncle was trying to rehabilitate. Fuji was the second boy Tanguchi buried alive.
Fuji repressed the memory of being buried alive as it was traumatic for him but after he started to get off against the soil and in holes as a coping mechanism.
Murakami was an orphan or troubled teen who was abused by his father. So Fuji's uncle through whatever program helped him get on his feet and such. Later when Murakmai has a job his Father shows up at his job after awhile and Murakami kills him.
He then heads to Fuji's uncles land as it was private and no one would look there for his Father. However Fuji was getting off in a hole and caught Murakami burying his fathers body.
For some reason while it's not clear to me Murakami get turned on by digging the whole, or burrying his father. Seeing this Fuji approaches him until Murkami breaks and they have weird but consensual hole burrying where they both get off.
