Yeah no if you are just making up things and actually read before spreading misinformation because everything you said is literally explained. She was never going to have her daughter live in the monastery, what she meant was she would build a monastery by the home her and her husband live in so they could raise their daughter and see her every day. It’s not that hard to read the story or even find more details about it rather than bashing it; you literally only read to chapter 9 than started to be negative and you literally didn’t even read it to understand the context.

Dropped ch 9. I hate how she randomly decided to offer up her firstborn to a god she doesnt even believe in just as an act of loyalty to her sister… that no one requested of her. Why her firstborn and not just dedicate her entire life or something. Unnecessary. Imagine being forced to live in a monastery for 20 yrs for some bs like that … I read the last chapter bc I couldn’t believe she’d be cold enough to do it just to find out she upheld the oath by having the monastery be built next to her home as a compromise. Just break the oath?? I didn’t see any magic binding her to it, and I’m sure her sister, who loves her, wouldn’t mind the oath be broken either. And in the beginning, we find out that their rebellion consisted of killing newborn babies of the tyrant king, and wtf?!? Ik why they did it, to prevent revenge, but in doing so, it’s giving tyranny. Also, the blonde sis is infinitely cooler than the fl, from what little I’ve read. She’s ambitious, with the skill and knowledge to back it up, while fl randomly decided to go to the monastery to to avoid head of household responsibilities and practice martial arts and laze around… all in the name of protecting her sis… girl bye
