The Crown Prince is 100% Rita's father.
The counts's wives are all dead by the hand of Crown Prince, it's either used by him in his plan or just mere entertainment.
He is a psychopath who cannot feels most emotion.
One of the "fun" or "joy" he can feels is when he play and kill people.
Even the empress who was his mother, was killed by him.

a lot of shi has been going on simultaneously but at some point like this, it all makes sense. some readers are saying that there should have been more moments between rita and nova, but I think that right now, it's enough, and it's justifiable since Bel herself said she's only bringing pain to Rita. If you look at it in a different lense, her helping Rita by bringing up the past like the flowers is a double edged sword. Anyways, as for her chemistry with Ian, it's been a slow burning sugar and it melted quite interestingly that I'm hooked. Next, Rita's father! I'm very curious to know if it's actually the prince.
Btw, we don't see much about the Count, eh? The dubious count who kills his wives. But it's a relief because I don't think I'd be comfortable seeing him with Rita
