let me add something to this, dohyun legit broken down and told wooyeon everything about his past. what really helped them back together is when he found out that dohyun wanted wooyeon to be safer so he mad a situation for wooyeon to be forced back into his family house. wooyeon thought dohyun was ordered to send him back home but dohyun just wanted him to go back so he would he safer. they get back together when dohyun became drunk and was very clingy and honest about his feelings. he cried when wooyeon said he liked him, which just shows how much he loves wooyeon.

the MC and the ML get into an relationship after this and it was sailing rlly nicely- ML introducing them as bfs and they’re friends being supportive
soon, the media catches wind that the MC has a big shot chaebol (correct me on the spelling) mom who basically built most of her own wealth. the media surrounds MC and the mom wants MC to take this moment as learning experience to begin to take control of the company (imo she does rlly care but it’s difficult because she’s always working and her partners death due to her controlling nature)
but MC soon finds out after this argument that ML was assigned to him from his mom (this was a huge deal because his whole life he was living for his mom and didn’t feel like he was living for himself) and just like the ML, his first friend Danny from america was also assigned to him
he never lived life for himself until college where he meets friend and decides things by himself but apparently not bc ML was watching over him and reporting his actions to his mom
MC confronts the ML and breaks up with him stating that any words the ML says are only bc he’s getting caught not because he regrets lying to the ML. he walks away and ML just watches him go sadly
forward to ML perspective of this whole situation… when he first was thrown into the orphanage, meeting MC’s mom, tutoring MC and so forth showing him caring for MC but scared he was going to be abandoned. and back to the present he goes to school and waits for the MC in front of the school. when driver yoon drops MC off, ML follows him saying he won’t stop until they resolve bc he doesn’t want to break up (basically yearning arc)
and they resolve it pretty quickly with ML saying they’re going to reset the relationship- that they won’t be in a power imbalance and is gonna to start fresh. (it was rlly obvious the whole teacher thing and that ML wouldn’t tell MC anything in his life to the point MC notices- but he use to ignore these flags) MC doesn’t refer to him as teacher and sun bae as much but as hyung and they have a rlly good healthy relationship afterwards !
the story was overall rlly easy to read and understand- translation was iffy but it was a nice side story to the main!! sorry if this is confusing (it’s 2am lol) but i can clarify points too :)))
