Very much yes if you like doctors in action with quite a bit of hospital politics on the side. It reminds me of a K-drama Doctor Romantic minus the romance.
Just be prepared for drastic art changes to the point where it's hard to recognise who is who.

I mean Doctor Romantic — I am fan of that K-drama, and every since I watched that series, I couldn't find myself watch another medical series.
I am a huge fan too, it's one of the best in the genre together with Hospital Playlist. I'd say it's similar to D-Day (2015) too.
And yes this manga really has that k-drama vibe.
