Okay sure ig well dohyun is actually adopted his family is nice and all but he still feels that if he ever gets angry or dissatisfied or sad his family would leave him as he's not their real son he has an sister from that family who is later introduced in the novel and turns out she has always notice how dohyun was always fake and she hated that but she didn't push him and that is why he's said to have a fake nice personality but he actually felt that he could never be himself then when dohyun finds yeon in the uni he at first only doubted if it's really Yeon but then he confirms it when Yeon calls him after a while dohyun reveals he knows who Yeon is at first dohyun was hesitant to date him but Yeon convinced him and they end up dating but then Yeon finds out that dohyun actually received money from his mother to keep her updated about yeons life but after they started dating dohyun actually refused to tell anything about Yeon to yeon's mother anymore so her mother told Yeon about the truth and broke up with dohyun but then they were both miserable for a bit(i forgot the end bit) they got together at the end and eventually got engaged(and possibly pregnant because they did the deed without protection)
