Base on my understanding, all Empire exists on same dimension and tower is in the middle of it since all of them can conquer the tower and yes they can teleport up to the floor which was already conquer.

Do all the kingdoms exist within the same dimension? Where is the tower relative to each kingdom? Is it in a different dimension? Does each kingdom teleport up a floor if they defeat the floor?
(For example, is it like the planetary system, where each planet would be a different “kingdom”, or is it like earth, where each “kingdom” would be a different country?
