I cant be the only one that is loving how the story is progressing. The plot is going very smoothly, its not rushed but its not very slow either. The characters are being presented with a background and character not just for the protagonist to shine. Its so well written that I love seeing it unfold. It feels so mature. I find myself analysing everyone and their role in the story not just for Letitas story but who they are as an individual.
I love love the characterisation of different backgrounds and ethnic groups. "Woman from Kant" implying they're different in culture. Like comparing English woman to Portuguese woman. Truly a very smart detail. I like reading this manhwa through each individual panel and getting as many details as possible. The nobility rules and cultures, The royal rules and cultures The trading business and how its run and connected. The role of woman in this society and not having modern details in it. Which always pisses me off. Its such an ick. Adding modern details to such a period piece ruins the whole this. If you read this through a modern lens obviously you won't like it you dumbo. Its very non fan-fictionified type of writing. It feels like the author has knowledge on European culture and the nobility mindset. And they wrote this with knowledge on how to write a piece of literature that's not fanfiction-wattpad. Not just jumbled up just for the sake of writing something. It feels like its the type of story that those who get it, get it and will enjoy it and those who don't get it will complain that its too slow and boring and how the main protagonist is weak and pathetic. When its the complete opposite.
