it's very apparent that the author doesn't plan out the plot too far in advance.
another example is mr. shishiba. if you compare his first appearance to how he is currently, it's like they're 2 completely different characters. when mr shishiba first appeared, he hated onions so much that he just murdered a random waiter in cold blood. while if you compare to how he is now, that's just not something he does
So in the beggining of the manga they said they cant get rid off JAA because it will be complety chaos and people will start randomly killing each other (even thought they alredy killing each other) but now Sakamoto wants to get rid of the JAA and assasins and we need to support him even tbougt in the beginning we were supposed to be agains the villian purpose to destroy the JAA.... like i remember a scene between the deer guy and Slur in which Slur just says he just want to get rid of JAA and the deer guy is panicked but now when it's Sakamoto we are meant to be on his side
