You should NEVER give chest compression to a breathing person, what the actual f ?! ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ There is a big risk of braking someones bones and ribs when giving chest compression's but it is considered a okay risk if it is to save someones life (only if they are not breathing and none responsive), if you give chest compression's to someone who don't need it you will only end up hurting them.
