Are you serious? Omegaverse is mostly about pheromones and the traits of different genders. If you reduce omegaverse to male pregnancy, then it wouldn't make sense either, because mpreg existed long before ABO became popular. I'm really tired of all the complaining about hetero omegaverse. If you don't like it, fine, you're free to do so, but saying because it's hetero and there's no difference from normal hetero stories is a very weak excuse.

That’s literally why it exists it’s extreme mysoginistic concepts blended in to a societal framework created to have an in world reason for men to be pregnant. You can read what you like but to then deny what it is, is strange. The concept of people having pheromones is literally a used against women irl as to why men can’t control themselves and r*pe they were so enthralled so therefore shouldn’t be held responsible for their actions. Omega verse didn’t come up with these ideas they are just repackaging them to the end goal of mpreg, hence why many people dislike it being put back on to female characters because it’s no longer escapism it’s handmade tale stuff.
I still have no idea why Straight Omegaverse with am Alpha Male omega Female is a thing... like what's the difference between this and a non-omegaverse?
