I'm not exactly sure if he did anything to the mother (I imagine he just said something shocking or she was stressed), but he was trying to get the seal so the mayor could forge documents. Hopefully I'm understanding correctly
I'm still a bit confused. What exactly did he do to the MC's mother? Did he kill her? What was he trying to get from her for the other woman?
