I bought the physical copy from Buscalibre. It's being translated into Spanish by Milky Way Ediciones (a Spain editorial).

They won’t ! I read from another comment that they break up because of the differences they want in life taktora ends up with Oosuzume in the most recent chapters apparently

SUCH A GOOD MANGA. WTH
For those who want to know what's going to happen, I'm going to make a summary with key elements:
- The reunion between Arisaka and Takatora (which takes place in the wedding of Karasuma): Taketora tests Arisaka's new boyfriend, questioning their relationship but Ryugasaki only answers the truth, which is that he loves Arisaka and is grateful about this and the opportunity to be with him (SUCH A MAN, OMG I LOVE HIM). Arisaka is content with this, and goes home with his man.
- Oosuzume enters the auto-discovery travel of Takatora: in Karasuma's wedding Takatora and the others go into a restaurant. Oosuzume has lost muscular mass, uses make up, wears more feminine-like clothes and admits he's gone under eye-aesthetic surgery. Everyone leave the restaurant. The surgery concerns Kameyama, saying he may haven't put enough attention to Oosuzume. At home, Takatora and Kameyama talk about adoption.
Some time later, Takatora encounters Oosuzume being harassed by a drunk. Takatora makes the drunkard trip with his feet and asks Oosuzume what's he doing there outside in fresh clothes when is cold. Oosuzume tells him he was waiting for a date an hour ago, and had already reserved in a restaurant. Takatora takes pity on him and they both go to the restaurant. There, Oosuzume drinks a lot and admits a lot of stuff: he hates his face and body, has sell his body (which ended up being his first time as well), has gone through a lot of diets, etc (he is me fr) all of this while crying. Takatora tries to leave him there all alone but a waiter asks him to deal with Osuzume. They both end up in a hotel.
In the hotel, Oosuzume passes out on Takatora, on the bed. Takatora then inspects him closer, saying he suddenly looked "fuckable" to him (my gosh, this guy ). Oosuzume trows up.
The next morning Takatora tells Oosuzume "I'm going to teach how to take advantage of what you have... I'm going to set an objective for you and give you stability".
- Kameyama's and Takatora relationship: Kameyama receives a golden opportunity, to be a parliamentary advisor. He is excited with the news and wants to tell Takatora about this so he goes home. There, Takatora meets him with a feast to celebrate Kameyama's birthday.
Before Kameyama could bring the good news, Takatora brings up having a children together (yes, again). They have a big fight this time because Takatora wants to rent a womb from another omega so Kameyama doesn't go through the pregnancy, saying he has already someone in mind.
This is were the volume ends, and Takatora and Kameyama's relationship with it as well (probably, unless Takatora changes, of course).
There is more stuff but I don't want to spoil every amazing detail about this manga. Just know that Nemui is an excellent writer in general (as if there was any doubt).
