I've read slop with way higher ratings lol. If you're expecting some fluffy cliche story, this doesn't fit that. It's is a bittersweet story about people fumbling in a relationship, growing while apart, and finding a better path together. It's a more authentic love story imo bc it is imperfect & the characters are flawed. Sonoda is also an unconventional "love rival" and I really enjoyed his role & character
