Was Cesare drugged? I thought he was just drunk. Where does it say he was drugged?

Here’s novel chapter 258 which is free on Naver. Where was he drugged?

Oh I didn't read the novel, just assumed she used the elixir she had on him, both because of his reaction (right by the end of the chapter, he was uncharacteristically confused) and because that's how things usually go in this kind of story. Either way, even if he was not drugged, he was heavily intoxicated, so that's still very much SA, compared to: — Stop...
    — Ok.
Or however the aforementioned dialogue went specifically.

He was indeed intoxicated but some of his thoughts came through clearly. For instance, he thought the way she was clumsily trying her best to kiss him was cute and he wanted to teach her how to kiss properly. He even compared her kiss to the women he’d kissed before who were like experts. He felt “omnipotent” when he felt her stop resisting against his deep kiss as she seemed to feel it with her entire body. So, did she seduce him, sexually assault him or dubious consent him? Hmmm.

    Novel excerpt:
Isabella was kissing Cesare. Her bright red lips parted slightly, and she was the first to invade Cesare's mouth.

In fact, it was objectively a clumsy attempt at a kiss. Among the women Cesare had met, there were some who deserved to be left behind as a textbook on kissing, complete with illustrations of each step. By comparison, Isabella's attempt was pathetic.

But the beautiful girl was doing her best to kiss him, and he thought it was quite cute.

    Isabella whispered again, “Take me."

Her lips sank into mine. This time, the kiss was more aggressive than before. But I couldn't help feeling awkward.

.... I have to show you what a real kiss is.

Cesare grabbed the wrist of the woman in front of him and threw her down on the sofa. The woman let out a "Gah," an exclamation that was unclear whether it was a scream or something else.

It didn't matter. Cesare pressed his weight against her and kissed her deeply. Even the woman who had been squirming beneath him soon stopped resisting and yielded to the kiss. She seemed to feel his kiss with her entire body.

Ah, this is the feeling. This omnipotence.

When Cesare felt that the woman leaning against the sofa had completely melted, he picked her up in both arms and led her to his bed right behind him

The woman was lighter than he'd expected, and her clothing was equally light. It was still cold, but the partlet was nothing more than a thin layer of fabric, as thin as a dragonfly's wing. Even Corpiquet's hand slid open with a snap. She had been dressed with utmost care, but Cesare didn't have the presence of mind to judge it.

He frantically searched through the clothes, searching for the woman inside. A warm, smooth, soft body.

    It was Cesare's drug.

Girl ok I get that that's how it goes in the novel, but this adaptation doesn't really include everything you've just pointed out. The manwha's pacing and storyline do in fact direct the reader to assume that what was my interpretation is correct. So yeah, if this were adapted better, you would be entirely correct; but given it isn't, I'm not entirely wrong either. You know, I cannot come up with important details that were ENTIRELY omitted. Try to read it while ignoring what you already know and tell me it's not misleading

That’s where the bias of the manhwa team begins. Due to the fact they covered up Cesare’s actions and thoughts, Ariadne is the one getting the hate. I understand Korean readers began to complain due to this. Moreover, on Webtoon English, many manhwa readers blame Ariadne for Cesare’s actions as well. So basically, Cesare is portrayed as a victim of everyone else including both sisters.

Oh yeah that could never be me: I don't blame Ariadne for anything except maybe getting sidetracked. About Cesare, I passed his "being a different person" as a character-building flaw, I didn't know it was actually a result of the manwha team's bias (so, effectively, a mistake in the adaptation and not in the original story).
