I don't expect the rape to be made out to be comedic. If your reasoning is "well he's mafia, what do you expect" then there's no need to try and make the scene lighthearted. Rape is inherently violent. Sorry your small brain finds that hard to comprehend
The rape and SA is so unecessary. I get it, ML is a bad guy who murders people, but if you're gonna try and make the rape comedic, then don't do it from the start
