No harem for sure as for romance no for now but there are hint of who he's going to end up with.
As someone who hates harem and romance I'm really enjoying this story. The romance is (as of chapter 81) even farther than the background and the author really prioritize plot and character development over possible romance
There are no hints at all, there's nothing and I can't be more happy about that, the only thing MC has is his harem of old men who he's been collecting like pokemon.
