True...the pacing is way too fast. You can't feel for the characters because everything happens way too fast. I mean, they did a 5 year time skip in 1st chapter...I made myself feel like I was fine with it but after reading 18 chapters, you really can't feel anything for the side characters (including the mc, because he's way too perfect and has no weakness/sadness despite having a tragic past where Pauline (who showed her face for 1 chapter) and his friends died (who only showed their face for 2 slides) ...)
It's hard to create an emotional bonding with the characters, and it feels stale or, like you said hollow. It definitely feels like the whole manhwa is explaining/describing everything instead of making me feel it...

Hmm I like it but the pacing is a little fast? So much world buliding and not that much character development. Because of that, the story feels hallow imo. The premise isn’t particularly special either, so more had to be done to make this story special. I think this would also benefit from explaining the MC’s abilities better rather than simply attributing it to him being a genius/his unknown ancestry.
