I’m dropping this at chapter 22. I can’t stand weak men. The guy is an emperor and partly a dragon, yet he’s incapable of protecting his “partner” or his close friends. At the wedding, his concubine’s sister was slapped in front of everyone, and he didn’t even get off his ass to react. And the subplot with his former concubines, those young women had no real choice other than becoming concubines, and he didn’t even care that they were killed. A stupid clown.
