OK At The End Of The Road, it isn't a gangster but it is a guy who could handle himself gets hit by a truck dies, waking up in a different body, and decides to get revenge for the body he is in. It's shounenai and is one of the firstly stories I read when I discovered this site. It is really good story

And the author's other works Mad Dog is good too but its straight up gangster, the semes for that and "at thebend" are a but similar, they are crazy with some red flag in them and yet do care for the ukes, you will see what I mean.
