Yes he didn't know what happened to Yeongwoo and just assumed that YW abandoned him, but to sexually harass him and always seeing Yeongwoo when was being cruel to his partners is really horrible, I have seen a lot of abused people, and a lot of them don't want to abuse others because of empathy.
Even though I feel bad that Seoin did not know, I still love that he really felt guilty for what he did to Yeongwoo in season 1. Most manwha are just ML crying to MC but MC forgives ML and the end. Seoin deserves to be guilty for what he did in season 1.
