True, but I’m pretty sure Diabel is the ml while Rox ends up stepping aside for him.
Rox is a good guy. And he has noticed what happens already.
Still, I would love to see Rox married, with somebody, properly. He deserves it.
It gets even more tragic when you realize why diabel has to suppress his affection for her, they're both hurting
I know that we lack friendships between fmcs and male characters in general but I'd reaaally prefer Rox as a male lead. I love Ayana as a character, she's so well written and I appreciate how well her inner conflicts are represented. It's just so sad to me how she's constantly has to (I could even describe it as desperately) hope for Diabel's affection.
She gets just a little bit (or small signs) of it, proceeds to get hopeful and is left disappointed in the end. This cycle is soo suffocating.
I know that Diabel likes her as well but it's just so frustrating how he's one of her prime source of insecurity at the same time- she's just so helpless.
I'd love for her to be happier ngl- please give her a happy end.
