Easy to tell HOL is similar to LoL; the other feels like so many other mmorpg's to pinpoint the exact one.
Like someone else said - generally, when stories involve a game as a setting, it's more referring to the genre in general rather than a specific game. Ie. MMORPG's, gatcha games, dating sims.
